JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage high-volume incoming support calls, chats, and emails, ensuring accurate routing to appropriate employees.
Assist customers with the setup of the Customer Portal and address any access issues or questions.
Update and maintain customer data including contact information and software version details in the CRM system.
Facilitate direct communication with customers, assisting with inquiries and directing calls to other departments as necessary.
Support customers, sales teams, and professional services in expediting cases and managing email communications to keep contact information current.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional telephone and internet communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple communication channels (telephone, email, chat).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications and solid data entry skills.
