What You'll Do
Architectural Design:
Design end-to-end machine learning architectures that align with business objectives.
Develop scalable and efficient machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance within the Azure Databricks environment.
Azure Databricks Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Azure Databricks to implement and optimize machine learning workflows.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning pipelines.
ML Ops Implementation:
Implement and manage ML Ops practices to streamline the machine learning development lifecycle.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
Model Drift Monitoring:
Develop and implement robust model drift monitoring capabilities to ensure the continued accuracy of deployed models.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to address drift-related challenges.
Databricks Feature Store:
Utilize Databricks Feature Store to manage and share features across the organization.
Implement best practices for feature engineering and versioning within the Databricks environment.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Document architecture, design decisions, and processes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
What You Know
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust machine learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Azure Databricks environment, ML Ops, ML model drift monitoring, Databricks Feature Store, and proficiency in utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
An Azure Databricks certification is considered a definite advantage for this role.
Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with Azure Databricks and Azure services.
Proficiency in ML Ops practices and tools.
Strong experience in implementing and monitoring machine learning models.
Databricks Feature Store expertise.
Certifications:
Azure Databricks Certification (Highly desirable).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Compensation Band
$165-170k per year
