**What You'll Do**

+ Participate in AI/ML upstream communities to ensure the technologies work on OpenShift and can be integrated with RHOAI

+ Work with upstream AI/ML communities to evaluate new AI/ML related technologies from partners and create examples of integrations between their technology and RHOAI

+ Integrate new open source AI/ML components into Red Hat OpenShift AI

+ Present at OpenShift/Kubernetes, and AI/ML related technology conferences and internally within the AI/ML communities of practice

**What You'll Bring**

+ Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies

+ Passion for writing and maintaining reliable code

+ Experience with source code managements tools such as Git

+ Experience with the Linux operating system

+ Excellent system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities

+ Solid innovation skills and a passion for technology

+ Ability to work on your own in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills

**Preferred/Nice to Have**

+ 3+ years of React, TypeScript and JavaScript expertise

+ Must be able to work Hybrid in Raleigh NC, Boston MA or Westford MA

+ Experience with modern CSS frameworks and best practices

+ Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest or React Testing Library

+ Experience leading feature development, breaking down wireframes into components, and putting together a plan for implementation

+ Experience mentoring junior developers

+ A proven record of being able to troubleshoot problems at a system level quickly and suggesting solutions that improve the overall experience of the system.

+ Good cross-team communication experience

+ Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js

+ Experience with agile development and open source projects

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other related discipline

+ Experience with Kubernetes and using CRDs

The salary range for this position is $90,480.00 - $144,660.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

**Pay Transparency**

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
