This position includes accounting and administrative duties for 30-year-old diversified financial concern. Being a lean team of six, there is ample opportunity to grow and expand the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting
Internal (accounts payable/receivable)
Investment (transactions and performance reports)
Real Estate (rental properties)
Administrative
Secretary for private family trusts
Fund Controller
Sundry family office tasks
General support to Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications:
Minimum four years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in person 5 days/week
Must love dogs (we have an office corgi)
Willingness to acept a broad range of responsibilities
