The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution to the table.

As the Marketing + Communications Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's marketing strategy and brand management. This involves developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with our organizational goals, ensuring seamless synergy between marketing and communication efforts. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the organization's brand strategy and positioning while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

In the realm of advertising and campaign execution, you will be tasked with planning and executing impactful advertising and marketing campaigns to promote our publications. Collaboration with design, sales, and editorial teams will be essential for integrated "big picture" campaigns, and your role will involve developing and executing targeted ad campaigns to reach specific demographics and interests. Utilizing digital advertising platforms, social media, and print media will be key in promoting the brand and our products effectively.

Content development and management are integral aspects of this role, requiring you to develop and edit written and visual content for various communication channels. Public relations and event marketing will fall under your purview, involving the planning and execution of campaigns to enhance the organization's image. You will also develop marketing strategies for events, conferences, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination with event organizers and active participation in industry events to promote the magazines and connect with potential readers.

Analytics and metrics play a crucial role in your responsibilities, as you will implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, analyze data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments, and offer analytical summaries on all outbound marketing initiatives to assess metrics and efficacy.

Budget management and resource allocation will be part of your strategic approach, involving the development and management of marketing budgets and effective allocation of resources for various initiatives. Effective communication of the company's strategy and performance to internal and external stakeholders, as well as collaboration with sponsors, executives, department heads, and designers for visually appealing marketing materials, will be critical components of your role.

Technology integration and efficiency will be a focus, including maintaining and pioneering new ways of using MediaOS efficiently as a sales CRM and email marketing platform, as well as integrating new marketing technologies and trends.

Customer engagement and community building will be emphasized, with responsibilities including running regular competitions or giveaways to create excitement and engagement, as well as fostering a sense of community among readers through forums, discussion groups, or social media.

This role also involves collaborating on joint content projects to expand reach and working closely with the Sales Director on client retention initiatives and marketing strategies. If you are a strategic thinker, adept at managing multifaceted marketing initiatives, and excited by the prospect of taking our publications to new heights, we encourage you to apply for this impactful role at Rampant Creative, Inc.
