at SoulCycle HQ NYC SoulCycle is seeking a District Manager who will contribute to the company growth by expertly and efficiently managing their portfolio of studios within their designated district. This person leads with integrity, is a role model, and is responsible for the success and health of the studios in their designated district. *Because this is a multi-unit management role you are only eligible to apply if you are currently in a Senior Studio Manager role.*

As District Manager, you will be responsible for directly overseeing multiple studio businesses and their teams. Throughout this time, you will be coached and trained by the District Manager team on managing/developing Studio Managers, multi-unit management, and scheduling/prioritizing your week with intention. You will work with cross functional partners to support your individual business goals as well as market/regional/company goals.
