The candidate will draft patent applications and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, specializing in electronics, semi-conductors, circuitry, optics, and lasers.
Duties:
Draft patent applications and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Conduct technical research using available resources to support patent-related matters.
Work on assignments from multiple partners and clients, meeting and managing internal and client-driven deadlines.
Provide technical expertise to assist clients in protecting their technology with patents.
Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to develop patent strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting patent applications.
Registered to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and analytical skills.
Education:

Certifications:
