**In this position…**

As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring that they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

**_Employees located in the SE Michigan area will be required to work in the office three days a week in a hybrid work environment. Remote employees will also be considered for this position._**

**What you'll do…**

+ Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

+ Provide guidance and expertise to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that technical solutions are implemented according to design specifications.

+ Conduct code reviews and ensure that development best practices are followed.

+ Define and document technical architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security models.

+ Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, and provide recommendations for optimizing existing solutions.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, and provide guidance to stakeholders on solution design and implementation.

+ Mentor and coach junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

**You will have…**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

+ 12+ years of experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.

**Even better if you have…**

+ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.

+ Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and programmatic features (e.g., Apex, Visualforce).

+ Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

+ Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security model design, and integration patterns.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

+ Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
