They will also be responsible for contributing to the design and management of performance enablement programs and learning initiatives that drive high performance and enhance the employee experience. The role requires a leader with strong influencing skills, excellent communication abilities, an entrepreneurial drive, and the willingness to tackle challenging problems directly.Applicants for the VP of Talent Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, People leadership, or related organizational development roles. Strong influencing skills, excellent communication, and an entrepreneurial drive are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships at all levels, empowering a team of leaders, and be a metrics-driven operator with a bias for action. Experience in a high-growth startup is considered helpful. The role involves partnering with various teams to ensure efficient processes and a great experience for employees and candidates.
