About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Development to play a pivotal role in professionalizing and expanding its national presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing major gifts fundraising and developing a national chapter system to increase membership. This role demands a highly driven and passionate individual with a background in major gift fundraising, preferably within the sporting and outdoor community. The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Team, embodying the values and culture of the sportsmen and women the organization represents. The candidate must be willing to travel frequently within the United States and demonstrate a passion for hunting, fishing, and trapping. An entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, and a desire to advance the organization's mission in a fast-paced environment are essential.
