FIS Global is hiring a Corporate Communications Analyst for our Tech Next team.

What you will be doing-

Conceptualizes and writes copy for the publication of various employee-facing materials, e.g., updates, executive messaging, articles, presentations, scripts, web-based and internal social media materials.

Determines need for and content of graphics to explain and enhance written materials and edits materials for content, grammar, format, etc.

Meets with stakeholders and resources to gather information, e.g., purpose/message of materials, method of communications and tone/image of materials and make recommendations on the organization, style, etc. of materials.

Manages the review and approval process of materials from appropriate stakeholders, reviews final materials to ensure correctness, clarity, consistency and compliance with FIS style, as well as readiness for production.

Arranges for production and distribution of materials through various appropriate channels.

Coordinates and manages projects by determining project scope, deadlines and resources.

Assists in developing strategies, objectives, standards, procedures, etc.

Collaborates as needed with outside vendors, e.g., design firms and video producers to develop design of communications materials and/or produce materials for publication.

Conducts surveys and uses other listening techniques to obtain feedback regarding communication and messaging effectiveness - and applies that feedback.

What skills you bring-

Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism or similar field

5+ years of similar work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills addressing technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Proficiency in communication practices and techniques

Knowledge of the production requirements for delivery via video, print, email, websites, virtual meeting platforms, social media platforms and other channels

Knowledge of project management methods and techniques

Excellent problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines

A team spirit and readiness to collaborate with colleagues across FIS in various corporate functions and business lines

Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Corporate communication experience for a large enterprise company, preferably in financial services technology.
