Senior Digital Forensics and Incident Response Engineer(remote virtual)_

This role with present you with new challenges daily as you protect Humana in a constantly evolving cybersecurity landscape. As a member of the Digital Forensics and Incident Response team, you will be charged with investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents that threaten the privacy of Humana members, the integrity of the Humana brand, or the availability of Humana systems. Collaborating across teams, you will put your analytical and technical skills to work empowering Humana to do business safely and securely. Join our team of engineers and see the world through a new lens.The Senior Digital Forensics and Incident Response Engineer actively assesses and correlates incident data to enable vulnerability identification and provide forensics analysis recommendations for remediation activities. Manages a real-time forensic capability that collects, assesses, and analyzes data correlations and facilitates the creation of reports for EIP leadership consumption that provide in-depth investigative analysis into possible root causes of high-profile incidents within Humana infrastructures and assets. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

**Role Requirements**

5+ years Cyber Security Experience

**Role Desirables**

+ 5+ years Digital Forensics experience, including experience with FTK, Axiom, Encase, and other forensics tools

+ 1-2 years mobile device forensics experience

+ GIAC/SANS GCFE, GCFA, GIME, and/or GASF certifications

+ 1-2 years cloud forensics/incident response

Remote/WAH requirements:

+ WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

+ A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

+ Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

+ A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,800 - $144,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
