Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood professional with Montessori experience to head a small program for children of various ages, primarily 0 to 6 years. This is a collaborative environment for professionals wanting to instill a love of learning in children. Ongoing training provided! Opportunities for advancement and to work with older children and children with special needs available. Paid training to obtain national certification available!

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be nurturing while maintaining classroom standards and able to collaboratively develop lesson plans. You will play a vital role in providing quality education and support to young children.
Your expertise and compassion will help shape their early development and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents, guardians, and other professionals
Assess students' skills and abilities to determine their educational needs and create appropriate goals and objectives
Required Skills Requirements:
Reliable Transportation
Childcare experience, preferred but not required
CPR/First Aid obtained prior to start
Successful background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Early Childhood Education: 2 year (Preferred)
Toddler care: 1 year (Preferred)
Montessori (Preferred)
