What We're Looking For: We are seeking a skilled professional with excellent dexterity and proficiency in using modern dental technology, such as iTero and Diagnodent.
You should be adept at taking and interpreting dental radiographs and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive mindset and an optimistic, can-do attitude are essential. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision are crucial for this role.
You should be adaptable to change, detail-oriented, confident in your abilities, and able to manage your time effectively.
Flexibility in handling varying work demands and excellent organizational skills are important, along with the ability to listen attentively and respond to patient and team needs effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Tennessee and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
New graduates and seasoned hygienists are both welcome!
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
