InnovaSystems has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Specialist, Tier 1-2.

As the Help Desk Support Specialist, you will connect with our clients and make a difference in their day, providing technical support, troubleshooting, escalate and manage expectations, and resolving their simple technical issues. Our Help Desk Support Specialists are responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of office workstation, printers, telephone and other devices. Typical daily tasks would include:

* Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair office workstations, printers, telephones and other devices.

* Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise software, including Microsoft Office and endpoint protection.

* Monitor help desk queue and email requests and respond within acceptable timeframe.

* Maintain an inventory of corporate computing assets and assignments.

* Assist in developing and communicating internal processes and standards.

* Develop training materials and technical documentation of internal applications.

* Participate in discussions regarding efficiencies in internal processes and systems architecture.

* Development and maintenance of web and desktop based custom internal applications.

* Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

* Perform facilities responsibilities as needed to assist in keeping the office maintained.

* Provide setup and support of company events and social gatherings during operating hours.

**Required Skills**

* Windows 10 administration (3+ years)

* Mac OS troubleshooting (1+ year)

* Hardware & software troubleshooting (2+ years)

* Office 365 (2+ years)

* General Network troubleshooting (1+ year)

* General Active Directory Administration (2+ years)

* ITSM ticketing experience (1+ year)

* Conceptual knowledge of ITIL (1+ year)

* Inventory management (1+) General understanding

**Preferred Experience**

* Azure cloud - general, hands-on experience

* OS imaging exposure

* SharePoint - general understanding

* EndPoint protection - general understanding

* Zoom and Teams collaboration experience

* Conference room AV technology troubleshooting experience

* VPN exposure and/or general understanding

**Soft Skills**

* Must have good logical thinking and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to learn quickly and tackle new and technically complex problems

* Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow through

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and requirements

* Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment

* Ability to take ownership of assigned IT related issues from start to resolution

* Ability to work evenings and weekends through on-call rotation schedule
