Executive AssistantZeno is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support 2+ Seattle-based executives as we deliver nuclear battery technology to market by 2027. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.In this role you will:Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zonesPrioritize and coordinate executive commitments, ensuring optimal time managementCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and itinerariesOrganize and prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for leadership meetingsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company informationTrack action items and follow up on key initiatives to ensure progressSupport board meeting and other VIP event logisticsQualifications & Skills5+ years of executive support or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in startups, aerospace, or energy sectors is a plus)Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Confluence/Jira is preferredEfficiently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic work environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate discretion and sound judgment in handling highly confidential, sensitive, and privileged informationHigh level of professionalism with exceptional attention to detailCollaborate across organizational workstreams to coordinate priorities, drive alignment, and support cross-functional initiativesJob FunctionsPosition requires in-office presence in Seattle (South Lake Union) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays.Travel: Travel is required, up to 10%Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands)Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 15 poundsRepetitive work: ProlongedSpecial Senses: Visual and audio focused workWork Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./dayCompensation and BenefitsThe anticipated salary band for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.
