Job Description

Executive AssistantWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support a Director. This is a highly visible position requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping to drive operational excellence and enabling leadership to remain focused on strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of administrative functions, including complex calendar management and scheduling appointments.Manage multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-up, and meeting preparation for the Director and leadership team.Provide administrative and logistical support for events.Handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.Monitor and track the leader's and team's meetings, priorities, and communications, acting as a proxy when necessary.Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations.May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.Required QualificationsEducation: A high school diploma is required. At least two years of college is required.Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs) in the field or in a related area is required.SkillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.A high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsA bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience in program management and event coordination.Experience within a technology-focused or fast-paced environment.
