We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our IoT platform. This role will touch all aspects of our Platform Services product, ensuring it meets the evolving digital needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product management, a keen understanding of IoT and edge computing technologies, and the ability to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.

As an Associate Product Manager with NOV, you will use your expertise with product and process to craft the overall functionality and feel of our digital products, define use cases and requirements, and support customer research, all with the goal of creating efficient, effective, and memorable experiences which extend across the MAX Digital platform.

Our product managers work within agile teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into digital solutions that solve difficult problems and support an overall product vision.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and enhance platform features, with a particular focus on our common visualization canvas and edge analytics tools.

Gather and analyze feedback from internal business units and end customers to inform product development and improvement.

Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business and customer needs.

Support the product management team in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Monitor and report on product performance, utilizing data to drive decisions and optimize product offerings.

Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to provide support and training to internal teams and customers.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.

Participate in customer meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase product capabilities and gather valuable insights.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the IoT or energy industry.

Strong understanding of IoT, edge computing, and data visualization technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
