Department: Maintenance
Position reports to: Facility Manager
Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings and grounds. As well as keeping areas neat and tidy.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Cleans building, facilities, and equipment.
Uses cleaning tools and other products t6o create a healthy working environment
Removes and disposes garbage and trash following the appropriate policies.
Perform assigned duties following safe manufacturing processes and conforms to shop safety rules.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work in a team environment including strong daily interaction with various associates and multiple levels within the manufacturing environment.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure, schedules, and deadlines.
Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Employee must be willing to work as needed, including overtime as well as any shift.
Physical requirements include regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, and extended periods of standing/walking.
