Requisition Summary The Electrical Vehicle Charger Sales Manager will manage parts sales for battery electric vehicle chargers and infrastructure. Coordinate and promote parts sales programs through support of Kenworth and Peterbilt parts sales teams, dealer visits, end-user customer visits and marketing programs. Job Functions / Responsibilities Drive sales growth through aggressive dealer and customer visits in coordination with District Parts Managers, promoting part sales, programs, systems and marketing plans for the bus and public sector market segments. Develop a close working relationship with dealer parts and service teams to accomplish parts sales goals and dealer program participation goals while maintaining network consistency. Work with Dealer Principal and dealer management to serve as consultant to dealers' parts and service business growth/profitability. Train dealer personnel on key initiatives, programs and systems. Assist dealer personnel in identifying and developing key accounts. Act as liaison between dealer, PACCAR Parts Division and other PACCAR Divisions in resolving issues related to bus and public sector market segments, as needed in close coordination with PACCAR Parts field teams. 75% travel required Other projects as assigned Qualifications Four-year college degree in business or related field required, master's degree preferred. 4-6Years of industryexperience Previous sales experience preferably within the truck and/or bus industry General understanding of electrical systems and ability to communicate effectively as liaison between EV charging technical experts and dealerships and customers Thorough knowledge of parts marketing and operations.
