Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for managing client communications, project management and status updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent multitasker, and capable of speaking to clients on calls & text to provide reassurance and clarify requirements.
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage Client projects, timelines, deadlines, and communication with the Goldfish international team
Act as a primary liaison between clients and team members. Translate client’s requests into specific requirements for developers, and translate developer questions/updates to ensure it is understandable to the client.
Provide quality control over communication to clients to maintain professional appearances
Validate that project scope and internal team plan is in alignment with the client’s vision to ensure there is no mismatch in expectations
Coordinate with Client Relationship Manager to tag-team management of various projects or clients
Establish a positive relationship with clients and check-in with them regularly to ensure they are satisfied & up to date
Exercise independent judgment and ownership in problem-solving client issues
Follow-up with clients after work is complete to get testimonials and feedback
Act as the connector between clients and the Goldfish international team, including occasional evening or early morning syncups with team in Vietnam
Translate our client’s vision and business strategy into product requirements, including assisting with knowledge transfer/documentation of requirements based on insights learned from client interactions; Effectively communicate product and feature vision to the internal team
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Coding Experience — Demonstration of a beginner level understanding of any coding language; python, javascript preferred
CMS Management Experience - Demonstrate a medium to expert level of experience with common Content Management Systems, including WordPress, Web Flo, Wix, and Django.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent Organizational skills
Excellent computer proficiency (Google docs, sheets)
Task Management software experience preferred (Asana, Jira, Clubhouse, Notion, etc.)
Software IT experience preferred
Prior work with offshore development teams preferred
Ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects and meet all client and team needs in a timely manner
Ability to shift gears easily from one task or project to another without getting frazzled
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
3-5 years’ experience in Project Management required
2+ Years in Customer Service/Satisfaction required
Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Certified Scrum Master strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
The ability to work varied hours, as needed.
