ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Product Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable accounting solutions that enhance operational control. Your primary goal will be to manage the full lifecycle of product development, from concept to deployment, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies and adherence to financial regulations. Our company aims to improve system capabilities and streamline transaction reconciliation across multiple systems. By aligning system development with strategic business objectives and maintaining a deep understanding of accounting concepts and industry trends, you will play a critical role in our success.

Duties/Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable accounting solutions to support operational control and scalability, ensuring alignment with financial regulations.

Manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity and efficiency while streamlining transaction reconciliation across multiple systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with IT, finance, compliance, and operational teams to align system development with strategic business objectives, ensuring seamless technology integration.

Lead cross-functional teams through project planning and execution, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring project success.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and maintain transparency.

Implement robust testing and quality assurance practices to uphold high standards of compliance and functionality, ensuring reliable system performance.

Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical proficiency, including experience with database technologies and SQL.

In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and the reconciliation process.

Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 1-3 years of product management experience in technology, preferably with accounting-related financial products.

Demonstrated compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires quick adaptation and collaboration.

Engage in a collaborative team setting, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Work with diverse technologies and platforms, ensuring a versatile and innovative work experience.
