Develop sales action plans and forecast and evaluate trends to modify strategies that will enhance revenues effectively.
Assist in the production of annual hotel business plan as well as overseeing the properties’ social media initiatives, all the while working closely with the field marketing team.
Evaluate each piece of event business to ensure business can be properly serviced and fit the strategic business needs of the property.
Develop and maintain departmental budget by implementing effective marketing plans to generate catering revenues.
Lead property revenue meetings always insuring revenue maximization and profit in all areas.
Timely submission of required reports to General Manager, Regional Vice President and Corporate Office.
Senior Sales and Events Manager also are the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events. Other essential duties include booking, selling, planning and coordinating all catering events, ensuring sales system documentation both internal and external are current. This position allows for a Hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work from home as well as collaborating in office based on business needs. Salary Range: 66,100-95,700 i
