About the Team:

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for supporting subscription, billing, and payments platform for Zoom.

+ Work closely with business teams to understand their existing process on their day-to-day activities and identify how the IT systems can support and alleviate their manual touch points and automate them.

+ Responsible for supporting new product launches to make them available for external customers for ease of purchase and accurately bring in revenue to Zoom. Assess and design the system solutions to meet business needs by taking their inputs.

+ Convert the business requirements into functional solution documents to help engineers come up with technical solves.

+ Solution design involving out of box configurations or custom extensions in subscription, billing, payments, or product setup related modules of the platform.

+ Support various internal business operations teams like order management, billing support, payments, accounts receivables and collections, revenue, etc. in day to day as well as month end close activities.

What we're looking for:

+ Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.

+ Must have 8 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.

+ Must have 8 years of experience in Zuora; Oracle Fusion; Java; Oracle SQL; Payment Gateways; and Oracle CPQ (Bog Machine).

+ Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$220,000.00

Maximum:

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
