**Position Location:** South 2nd Street, Newark, Ohio **Download Full Job Description:** **Position Description:** These entry-level positions are part of our customer service unit, representing the Agency through services such as front desk reception, telephone reception, and other customer service facets. All positions work together to ensure quality services are provided to individuals and families in need. Customer service team members will utilize specialized computer programs, as well as traditional programs such as Word, Excel and email.
Duties of these positions include but are not limited to assisting customers in our reception area by processing documents and answering questions about Agency services and benefits; serving customers in our community resource room; greeting and assisting customers both face-to-face and by phone; and directing customers to Agency and community programs.
