Territory Sales Manager

Currently looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager in Austin, Texas (Hybrid)!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and exceed quarterly targets set
Build a predictable and trackable pipeline within assigned territory
Provide weekly forecasting to manager
Run full sales cycles including outbound prospecting, book appointments, run discovery calls, demo the software, negotiate contracts, and effectively manage client expectations for on-boarding
Conduct Zoom software demos of the property management software to agreed quarterly targets
Conduct online and phone-based research and analysis of new data to build a database of prospects
Use the in-house CRM database to ensure that all sales data is fully accurate and up-to-date
Maintain proper follow-up dates on all leads and opportunities
Work with Sales Manager and the Marketing Team to co-ordinate and implement targeted and effective e-mail campaigns
Work with the Customer Success and On-boarding teams to ensure optimum performance
Collaborate with dev and partnership teams on complex deals
Quickly engage with terminations within assigned territory to mitigate churn
Maintain engagement and relationships of strategic clients within territory
Travel to conferences as needed and speak to potential clients face to face
ABOUT YOU
You need to have high energy, drive and an enthusiasm for growing your territory and excelling. We are looking for someone with the following skills and a passion to succeed in the role:
Bachelor's degree in related field or 4+ years' experience in SAAS sales
Hospitality industry a MUST
Minimum of 2 years in full sales cycles software sales
Minimum of 2 years in a personal quota-carrying role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders in your target market
Experienced selling to clients ranging from small B2B, all the way to C-level
Experienced in cold calling
Proficient with Microsoft office programs/ CRM systems, Zoom video, GoogleDocs
Proficient in running discovery meetings, web demos, and negotiating contracts
Have demonstrated experience of closing sales
