HR and Personnel Program Specialist

Support the HR Team that supports the Army’s newest Combat Training Center ( CTC ) . Bring in-depth understanding and expertise of administrative and personnel services programs. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise to advise leadership in all areas of military and civilian human resources management and full industry knowledge. Develop, plan, coordinate, and perform HR and administrative requirements in support of the HR team. Work without considerable direction. Mentor team members. Serve as a liaison between all levels of management, employees, subordinate directorates and offices, and agencies as required. Assist with Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) timekeeping and Defense Travel Service (DTS) roles and functions.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in a professional environment with the DoD
4+ years of experience with serving as an HR officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-commissioned officer at the Brigade or above level
2+ years of experience with ATAAPS and civilian human resources management
1+ years of experience with serving on a cross-functional team
Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy
Experience with using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Additional Qualifications:
Experience as a Battalion, Brigade, or Division S1/G1 Officer or Senior Non-commissioned officer
Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
Graduate of a Command and General Staff College ( CGSC ) , Intermediate Level Education ( ILE ) , and Military Education Level ( MEL ) 4 or Battle Staff Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
