About this role

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will focus on building, maintaining, and scaling partnerships for customer acquisition and engagement. This is a full stack role, where you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships, launching and managing campaigns, and measuring the performance of the affiliates.

What you'll be doing

Build relationships with affiliate partners - including identifying potential partners, reaching out and introducing them to Udemy, and negotiating and managing agreements in but not limited to AMER region

Manage affiliate network account management teams

Work with partners to execute user acquisition campaigns and promotions for the channel, working cross-functionally with Pricing and Promotion, Creative, and Affiliate Operations teams

Work with internal teams to integrate partner offers into the customer experience to drive revenue and engagement

Monitor and report on the performance of the channel against our goals, identifying opportunities for continued growth

5+ years of experience in partner or affiliate management, including experience with affiliate networks and platforms

Strong communication and interpersonal, relationship-building skills

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to get complex projects done

Building pipeline across the Americas Enterprise business leveraging 6 sales channels to drive high-impact conversations: phone, email, LinkedIn, gifting, and text.

Leveraging the most in-demand sales tools to drive efficiency, review key metrics and optimize processes (Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified, Orum, Gong).
