The project management associate will help achieve marketing goals by working with the marketing operations manager to create detailed project plans for creative and digital teams to execute. This role also provides critical project management and occasional administrative support to those teams. This role will also liaise with project requestors, the marketing team, and vendors and contractors to ensure efficient and successful completion of projects.

Project Management
Collaborate with marketing and cross-departmental leaders to manage key marketing projects from initiation through completion by utilizing project management software (Wrike) and other software platforms.
Assist marketing team leadership to ensure smooth team operations. Maintain accurate vision across departmental project workload, proactively raising concerns as needed.
Facilitate key recurring meetings including project intake meetings, project concepting meetings, and project debriefs. Facilitate discussions about the prioritization of current projects across the department.
Act as the liaison between project requestors and the marketing department, and between the marketing department and outside vendors (printers, apparel companies, etc.).
Champion HOPE’s project management software (Wrike) to facilitate the smooth and timely production of all marketing projects.
Team Leadership
Actively encourage the team by noting extraordinary and praiseworthy efforts and results.
Train new team members and hold teammates accountable to appropriate Wrike usage.
Partner with marketing managers to assess the needs, gaps, and opportunities of the marketing team regarding processes, workload levels, and morale.
Help budget the overall staff time costs of marketing projects to serve various stakeholders, including internal HOPE communication, field marketing support, development, experiences, and other departments.
Oversee project management or marketing operations interns as needed.
Logistical Support
Help meet the logistical and administrative needs of the marketing team, including assisting other roles as needed with completing monthly credit card reports, arranging marketing team travel, managing inventory of marketing collateral and supplies, and coordinating mailing and shipping fulfillment as needed.
Assist the department with database campaign management and report-pulling or data entry for marketing campaigns as needed.
Travel for event support or content collection as needed.
Assist with special projects for the marketing or other HOPE teams as needed.
Qualifications Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission and vision of HOPE International.
Excellent customer service skills, ability to quickly build trust and rapport, and commitment to joyfully serving others.
Ability to lead, encourage, and inspire peers and communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading teammates and managing volunteers and/or interns preferred.
1-3 years of project management or transferrable experience.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of competing demands and multiple deadlines.
High comfort level with taking the initiative, anticipating developments, identifying gaps, and finding solutions.
Strong communicator (oral and written) and firm believer in teamwork; able to listen, distill action items, respond quickly, and clearly articulate concise responses to all stakeholders.
Solid PC-based computer skills are required; prior use of project management software, such as Wrike or Asana, is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM; Salesforce is desirable.
