**Responsibilities**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Works with internal and external clients to identify analytical requirements.

+ Writes advanced SQL queries and perform complex data mining techniques to capture appropriate data.

+ Produces reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to satisfy client requirements.

+ Automates business processes with Power Apps and Flows.

+ Documents processes and procedures used to produce reports.

+ Performs business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement.

+ Interprets results of data analysis to business users.

+ Leads special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members.

+ Liaises with IT team on regarding data governance and requirements of the data warehouse.

+ Participates in an Agile team as a Team Member.

**Qualifications**

**Required / Desired Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree (Required).

+ 4+ years' work experience in Data Analysis

**Required Skills:**

+ T-SQL (complex queries, joins, unions, creating tables, etc.).

+ Reporting Services & Report Builder.

+ Power BI.

+ DAX.

+ SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS).

+ Microsoft Power Apps.

+ Microsoft Flow.

+ Excel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)

+ R and M a plus.

+ Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouses.

+ Microsoft Office.

+ Critical thinking and problem solving.

**Compensation**

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000 - $90,000 and a potential discretionary bonus of up to 10%. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
