Job Description:
Hiring manager is looking for someone who is initiative driven, prompt, tech savvy, Microsoft Suite literate, customer first attitude, willing to help.
On a daily basis the candidate will be doing the following:
Hospitality - refilling snacks and drinks into refrigerators and assisting with office lunch preparation and setting up for meetings with supplies and catered food.
Loading collected dishware into dishwashers.
Some mailroom work printing and package receipt/delivery, guest and conference room setups.
Copy machine assistance duties as assigned.
Lifting, standing and walking are involved. Bending in cabinets, office is two floors, deliveries of various items such as print work, mail, supplies or special requests. Replenishment of snacks and drinks.
Conf room and office luncheon setups.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Assistance will be made available for anything heavier.
No driving is required.
Parking will be paid while they are temping.
If hired, they will be responsible for their own card and will be partially reimbursed.
