VP Compliance

Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and monitoring the Bank’s compliance programs, policies, and procedures, partner with Human Resources to develop and coordinate a compliance training program and operate as a liaison between the Bank and regulators on compliance matters. Serves as the Banks Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - essential job functions include but are not limited to:
Manage the Bank's consumer compliance program.
Implement new regulations or changes to existing regulations.
Updates and reviews bank policies and procedures based on regulatory changes, internal audits and examinations by regulatory agencies
Establishes and maintains an ongoing program for internal and external compliance training.
Monitors resolution of consumer complaints.
Prepares for regulatory examinations and ensure an adequate corrective action process.
Serves as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and prepares all regulatory responses with support from all senior managers.
Monitors all appropriate areas of the bank to determine the degree of compliance with various consumer laws, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and related rules.
Manages Bank’s Compliance Committee
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or advance degree preferred
7 years of deposit and loan compliance experience with at least 5 years of management experience.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Starting Rate: $5,384.62 - $5,769.23 Biweekly, Which annualizes to $140,000.00 - $149,999.98
