Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. The CSR will ensure customer satisfaction by taking complete responsibility for each customer's order and ensuring that all requirements are met.

Essential Functions:

Effectively receives, processes, and monitors customer orders from inception to delivery while working and communicating with the production, shipping, purchasing, R&D, transportation, and sales departments. Ensures current and future needs and issues are addressed to customer's satisfaction.

Performs a variety of duties including the entry and processing of orders, cancellations, modifications, product specifications, and other requirements.

Utilizes conflict resolution skills to courteously and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions to resolve issues.

Ensures that customer data and orders are accurate and updated in the database at the times.

Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Newly Weds Foods' products and services.

Provide assistance and coverage for Customer Service and Transportation functions as required.

Safety & GMP Objectives Maintain a safe and clean work environment, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Comply with all company safely policies and procedures as well as complying with all OSHA rules and regulations (THINK "SAFETY FIRST")

-Ability to recognize unsafe acts and conditions in the facility and implement appropriate corrective actions.

-Ability to recognize and report all incidents; even those that do not warrant treatment.

- Complete all necessary annual trainings. Review and execute our Food Safety Plan and MFP Mission Statement in order to provide value to each of our customers with safe relevant, tasty food products; while never comprising quality.

Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP's) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene, etc.
