Job TitleCompliance Officer Quality Agreements
Job Description In this role you will be responsible for:
Supports improvements in the purchasing control requirements to suppliers through the review and alignment of the Supplier Quality Agreements
Ensures improvement in the integration and validation of purchasing procedures with supporting IT and data applications for effective operationalization
Participates in the improvement of the supplier quality agreement process, updates templates and legal reviews
Actively monitors supplier quality metrics, quality agreements with critical suppliers, and quality of supplier records and drives supplier quality management review with relevant stakeholder
Use a scalable approach and continually benchmark against industry leads and regulatory requirements
You're the right fit if:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Supplier Quality Engineering and/or Procurement
7+ years of experience working in a regulated industry, preferably medical device
Experience writing, negotiating, and/or maintaining supplier contracts
Experience analyzing and managing large amounts of data and ensuring accuracy
Experience with quality management systems, including writing and revising procedures
Minimal travel required: less than 5%
