This is a full-time, hourly level position.

**Job Summary:**

Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technicians skilled in mechanics that include installation, repair and maintenance of industrial machinery. Technician will oversee the maintenance, test, and repair of diesel motors and other heavy vehicle equipment performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment.

**Duties/Responsibilities:**

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, skid steers, front end loaders, and various forklifts; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

• Locates sources of problems by interpreting work orders, observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments

• Interprets diagnostic test results accurately

• Maintains equipment parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders;

• Technical skills that include quality control, engine repair, engine performance, vehicle maintenance, and equipment calibration

**Job Qualifications:**

+ Applicant must be able to work in all types of weather, dusty, and noisy environments with the use of Personal Protective Equipment

+ Applicant must be able to perform high work

+ Applicants must be able to work in confined spaces, such as tanks and process vessels

+ Applicants must be able to work on their feet, bend, and kneel most of the shift, and climb ladders and stairs

+ Attendance and punctuality are required

+ Applicant must be able to work in a ‘team’, as well as work independently in an organized safe manner
