Hourly pay. Compensation-Based on experience

Key Responsibilities,
+ Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. Must have both certificates on CDL license.
+ Mostly local work transferring loads from one warehouse to another. 2 to 3 days a week delivering customer loads on flat beds or van trailers within 200 to 300 hundred miles. Trips to Long Beach, Ca 1 or 2 times a month (overnight)
+ Securing by strapping and unstrapping of loads that will be transported by a flatbed trailer.
+ Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads, hourly pay during these times.
+ Complete a daily electronic log.
+ Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
+ Manage routes and routines, proceeding in the most efficient way possible.
+ Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel.
+ Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
+ Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the beginning & end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
+ Comply with all DOT and in-house rules and regulations.
+ Cleaning and general clean-up around the plant when directed by the plant manager.
+ Support dispatch with routing to new and existing customers.
