Would you love the opportunity to lead a team in developing integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate all the moving pieces? This innovative, collaborative financial services company is on a mission to improve the way people retire. They are seeking a Marketing Director to lead their rapidly growing marketing team. In this role, you will manage digital marketing (email, SEO, SEM, paid ads, website, etc.), develop & analyze campaigns, and manage the strategy & growth for the marketing department. This is a full-time, permanent position. The chosen candidate will work a hybrid schedule out of the Chicago, Jacksonville, or Dallas office.
Requirements
Must Haves
7+ years spent developing digital campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness with at least 3 of those years spent working with marketing strategy
Creative and metrics-driven approach to marketing with experience creating demand generation and lead nurture campaigns, including content strategy, lead scoring algorithms, and distribution strategy (email, paid, remarketing, search engine optimization / SEO, etc.)
Proven background leading a marketing team and collaborating to drive results
Strong proficiency in B2B marketing content creation with the ability to absorb targeted subject matter expertise and translate key points of interest into compelling messages
Demonstrated experience with email marketing campaigns, marketing automation builds, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Google Analytics
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to confidently manage their own priorities and shift creative direction as needed based on business needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Nice-to-Haves Background in the B2B finance, insurance, human resources, or retirement planning field strongly preferred
Experience utilizing HubSpot for CRM, emails, and/or marketing automation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
Certifications in HubSpot Academy and/or Google Ads, Analytics, etc.
