Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
+ Performs repetitive testing and inspection of the company’s products using validated software.
+ Performs analyses finished product from other sections of manufacturing or performs investigations according to established procedures to determine conformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physical property.
+ Prepares instruments and apparatus according to established procedures to support the testing activities of the unit.
+ May be responsible for supporting customer complaint evaluations and event reporting obligations, including but not limited to product investigations, disinfection, evaluation, and preliminary failure analysis.
+ Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for production use
+ Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose of ensuring proper test stand operations
+ Investigational testing of production and pilot material, as needed
+ Performs stability testing that monitor product claims, relative to product shelf life
Requirements
+ Bachelors degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
+ 1+ years experience working in laboratory environment
+ 1+ years experience working in a regulatory environment
+ 1+ years experience with process improvement
+ 1+ years technical or scientific experience
