Perform daily and periodic IT operation and data processing to core banking systems including EOD(End of Day) processing & data backup.
Monitor server, IT equipment and network performance; Performs housekeeping and prevent problems. Plan and implement system & infrastructure changes. Ensure all software up to dates. Administer OS & network level access rights. Perform server hardening. Safeguard & keep record of IT assets.
Provide first level support to applications, Windows PCs, audio/visual systems & printing/scanning devices. Report cases to vendors & follow thru to resolve issues.
Adhere to policies. Reviews/updates IT manuals annually. Actively participates DR tests twice a year & prepare final reports. Attend to audit requests & IT findings.
Requirements:
3+ years experiences in network/system administration. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Windows & RHEL servers.Networking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL & Oracle database management. Experience in banking IT environment is preferred.
Strong team work spirit.
Multi-task capability. Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
