THE ROLE
As a Engineering Manager, you will…
Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning models using Generative AI and LLMs
Built the infrastructure and platform to allow ML models to be deployed at scale
Productionize and scale advanced machine learning algorithms
Work with large scale data to build top solutions
Build microservices and data pipelines
Grow out a full team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of full time experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms
Experience with ML platform and infrastructure
10+ years of full time industry experience
Experience with ML scalability
Huge plus if you have deployed generative AI models into production in the past
Experience leading teams is a huge plus
Tools: Python, Tensorflow, SQL, Spark, Docker, GCP / AZURE / AWS
THE BENEFITS
As an Engineering Manager, you can expect a base salary between $250,000 to $280,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
