Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for an exceptional Lead Sales Supervisor to join our fantastic team out of the Soho location.

As a Sales Lead, you will work directly under the Store Managers, helping to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Under their direction, your key function will be to drive sales and meet/exceed the financial goals of the store.

If selling is second nature for you and building rapport with customers while driving sales comes naturally, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Again, your main function and KPI will be Sales ! Driving the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and increasing the average sale.

Lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service.

Assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of a high-volume sales environment.

Lead the Sales team when the Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.

Maintain expert-level product knowledge .

Deliver the highest level of customer service by welcoming customers into the store, assisting customers with clothing selection, ensuring that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and returning it to the sales floor, processing transactions accurately and with a sense of urgency, and bagging items, and accurately execute end-of-day settlements.

Demonstrate a professional and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork at all times, especially during fast paced peak hours/seasons.

Qualifications

A passion for fashion and obsession with SELLING! We need a top seller , with a positive, can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset.

At least 1-2 years in a high-volume fashion retail company, preferred.

Solid understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.

Ability to assist in leading a small to medium sized team in order to meet and exceed sales goals.

A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to easily connect and engage with customers, build relationships, identify their shopping needs, and style/outfit.

This role requires open availability to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week, including regular weekend shifts and some holidays.

Must be able to stand up to 8 hours and carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. This position may involve moving large bags of inventory.
