**GENERAL FUNCTION**

The Manager - Electrical Engineer you will be responsible in designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components that power cutting-edge products and solutions. The Manager - EE will work collaboratively with Store Development team to drive innovation, solve complex electrical challenges, and ensure the highest product quality. The Manager - EE will also be responsible for overseeing these systems installation, operation, and maintenance, utilizing strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

+ Build and test prototypes to evaluate and validate design concepts.

+ Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.

+ Select appropriate electrical components and materials for projects, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and availability.

+ Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation or operation.

+ Provide support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, specifications, and test results.

+ Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, relevant industry standards, codes, and electrical design and implementation regulations.

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and timelines, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.

+ Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions

+ Leads project meetings with brand partners, designers and outside agencies.

+ Drives post mortem on projects for closure and learning.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.

+ Licensed as a professional engineer.

+ Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.

+ Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.

+ Proficient in design and calculation software.

+ Excellent project management skills, computer skills and communications skills

+ Superior functional excellence and organizational skills

+ Electrical circuit design and analysis

+ PCB design and layout

+ Excellent problem-solving abilities
