Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facilitate remote access to the REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) system.
Generate detailed reports on actions and activities carried out by a remote team within the North America REMS system.
Collaborate closely with the NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) team, focusing primarily on REMS-related tasks.
Ensure seamless operations during the specified hours of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Central Time) from Monday to Friday at EDPR’s Houston office.
Required skills:
○ Microsoft Office skills
○ Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing & repairing systems and equipment.
○ Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
○ Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
○ Ability to communicate with clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
○ Ability to work closely with other team members.
○ Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
○ Familiar with VPN, disk encryption, Anti-virus, PC to mainframe connectivity, OS migration and updates.
○ Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and installation for campus and remote workstations.
○ Perform remote access to workstations using SCCM, RDP, and BTRS remote tools.
○ Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to track and document work.
○ Complete tickets within SLA requirements.
○ Enhance skills through formal training and learning on the job.
○ Manage, track, ship/receive customer assets.

○ Ability to carry 25+ Lbs, walk, and stand for several hours.
*Portuguese language skills preferred but not required
