Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly
• Present menus and assist customers with menu selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests
• Anticipate guests' needs throughout their dining experience
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and team members for efficient service
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain food hygiene standards
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to make recommendations

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and effective multitasking
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle busy periods gracefully
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
