As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience in your assigned section. This role requires efficiency, multitasking, and a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service, addressing guest needs with urgency and professionalism.
• Greet guests warmly and engage with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer menu and promotional inquiries knowledgeably.
• Use promotional strategies to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Follow service steps, food allergy protocols, and dietary restrictions to ensure safety.
• Operate POS systems and handle payments efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete required training.
• Collaborate with team members and follow restaurant policies.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth operations.

• Proven ability to provide efficient, friendly service across multiple tables.
• Skilled in accurately recording orders and handling financial transactions.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to carry food and beverages, and safely handle equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate tight spaces.

Compensation

Pay: $2.13 per hour
