At Diverzify, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the organizations communications team and will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
* Actively engage in the development and refinement of communication strategies, initiatives, and channels that foster a culture of openness, engagement and change.
* As the Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sophisticated internal communication strategies that contribute to a positive, engaged, and informed workforce
* You will focus on development, planning, and execution of Diverzify's communication strategy with senior executives, HR, and other functional areas.
* You will lead the drafting, editing, and distribution of important communication from leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency
Job Requirements:
* 3-7 years of experience with a strong background in change management and internal communications.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions.
* 3-5 years of experience in a multi-location organization and managing multiple branches.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies and initiatives.
* Proven ability to effectively draft and edit communications, handle multiple projects, and navigate through changing priorities efficiently.
