Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana provides innovative, results-driven behavioral health services. We offer comprehensive evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment through residential, outpatient and community-based programming.

This position is also responsible for the overall program and administrative oversight and monitoring of clients at the assigned location. Ensures all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana, and meet contract, funding and/or accreditation requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, funding, and billing standards.

This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential operations. The position requires demonstrated ability in staff training, supervision, leadership skills, and oral and written communication. Core character qualities needed are dependability, integrity and fairness.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to observe, sit, talk and hear. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
