Property Field Representative
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Field Representative/ Runner to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various property-related tasks, including delivering notices, facilitating inspections, and conducting occupancy checks. The role requires a good driving record, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures. A company vehicle will be provided for all job-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a variety of legal and informational documents to residents across multiple zip codes, including new management letters, lease violation notices, inspection reports, and court outcome letters.
Capture photographic evidence and upload detailed notes for all delivered documents.
Facilitate access to properties for scheduled inspections (appraisals, home inspections, termite inspections). This may involve coordinating with residents and utilizing company keys to grant access.
Conduct occupancy checks to verify property vacancy status. This includes knocking on doors, monitoring utility meters, and capturing photographic evidence with detailed notes.
Retrieve official documents related to properties, such as police reports and fire marshal reports, from designated offices.
Collect keys and security deposits from management companies for new tenant onboarding processes.
Complete additional tasks and requests as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Drive Company Vehicle
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ride share, Delivery Experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (e.g., keys, documents).
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
