Maintain and update all phases of the monitoring set-up process using various systems and applications such as (MATS, PIMS, and informatics ticketing system), and applications such as Excel and REDCap.
Monitor the Support Email inbox and manage incoming emails accordingly.
Assist in problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and issue resolution.
Provide 100% service to both clinical research staff and external monitors and auditors involved in request, setup, and training processes.
Function as the liaison between HR, Helpdesk, and the Health Informatics Team during monitor and auditor configuration setup.
Assist in training end-users on application functionalities and best practices when requested.
Requirements Experience with REDCap or similar applications.
Background in clinical research or related fields.
Adaptive learner with the ability to adjust to and master new software and systems.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Clinical Research, Banking, etc.
Experience and ease with working and learning new programs (REDCap, SPOT, etc. )
Ability to work with external and internal customers, HR, Informatics, Clinical Research, Compliance, etc.
