Data Analyst

Barnes & Thornburg seeks a full time Data Analyst for its renowned Drug Device and Consumer Products practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain databases specific to legal settlements.
Generate comprehensive reports to track and analyze settlement data.
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to ongoing and completed settlements.
Develop and implement data models, projections, and forecasts to support settlement negotiations and legal strategies.
Utilize advanced Excel formulas and tools for data manipulation, reporting, and settlement modeling.
Work closely with partners to understand data requirements and deliver precise and timely information.
Ensure compliance with legal data management standards and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
Strong experience in data modeling, analysis, and projection.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a legal environment.
